Yoshiko & Takeo Matsumoto "Dimple" ice purple - glass kaleidoscope -

The tube looks like a metal, but it is a Pyrex glass tube with metallic  coating which displays beautiful  gradation of colors.  The title comes from some dimples made on the glass surface, which gives unique artistic impression to the scope body. It is also comfortable to hold.
Another new idea that the artists implemented is creating borosilicate glass objects in an oil cell.  It shows 11point mandala, which looks like a clear flower with light purple hue.
