Yoshiko Kosuge "Beyond Your Dreams" - peacock pattern - glass kaleidoscope

This is the first time that Yoshiko Kosuge's original kaleidoscope has been introduced. It features a traditional Japanese peacock motif created using Ise Katagami stencil paper and Washi paper beneath the glass.  Ms. Kosuge, who has a skill in dying textiles, came up with the idea of incorporating this design into kaleidoscopes.
Each detail is meticulously crafted. 
Looking through the kaleidoscope, you can enjoy the beautiful patterns created by the colorful glass objects, beads and metal pieces inside.
