Keiko and Yoshiaki Onodera ”First Cherry Blossoms" -glass kaleidoscope-
This is the first kaleidoscope "Hatsuzakura", meaning first cherry blossoms, by Keiko and Yoshiaki Onodera to be introduced in this online store. This is a slightly longer version than "Cherry Blossoms on a Spring Evening. Cherry blossoms are one of the spring scenes that everyone looks forward to in Japan, and this kaleidoscope represents that first scene. Since this theme goes well with kaleidoscopes, many people create them and come up with their own unique ideas for their expression. Onodera's cherry blossoms unfold inside a beautiful pink glass tube. The five-pointed images are gently tinted.
The artist's motto is to deliver the power of love and healing through kaleidoscopes, with a sophisticated style, carefully selected glass objects, and precise mirror assembly.
3-mirror system, oil cell. Rotate the entire tube to enjoy the changing images.
Max. diameter: 35 mm, Length: 150 mm, With a wooden base.
